New Honolulu County Loan Limits

For those of you who didn't know there was going to be a change...here it is. The New loan limits for Honolulu County have been announced! Conventional & FHA limits are $721,050, down from the current level of $793,750. We are actually pleasantly suprised, as we thought the loan limit was going to be lower...good news for future Honolulu buyers! See What the other counties limits are: HAWAII COUNTY (1-Unit) $368,000 HONOLULU COUNTY (1-Unit) $721,050 KALAWAO COUNTY (1-Unit) $626,750 KAUAI COUNTY (1-Unit) $713,000 MAUI COUNTY (1-Unit) $626,750 VA has not announced their new loan limits yet.
